(Cleveland) 49-year-old Steven Pumper of Broadview Heights was sentenced today to eight years behind bars in the on-going Cuyahoga County corruption probe.

Pumper was part-owner of D-A-S Construction in Broadview Heights. In 2009 he pleaded guity to 9 counts of bribery, kick-backs, conspiracies and cover-ups.

Prosecutors say Pumper was one of Jimmy DiMora's most generous conspirators.

 He was one of the first to cooperate with the FBI and testified in three other corruption trials.
